Meet Jane

Jane is an experienced executive coach who supports, challenges and guides her clients to achieve their goals professionally and personally. Her specialty is helping leaders successfully navigate change while being their confident, authentic selves.

With 20 years of extensive corporate experience, and a decade of coaching practice in diverse industries, Jane brings a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise to her coaching. A sought-after speaker and facilitator, she serves as an executive coach for the MBA program at Queen’s University and a consultant for the Queen’s Executive Leadership Program. Additionally, Jane is part of Scala Network's Leadership Mindset Program faculty where she coaches emerging female leaders in honing their leadership skills.

Accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Jane trained with Coach U and is certified in proven assessment tools, including the Pursuit Values Operating System, The Attentional and Interpersonal Styles (TAIS), and EQi. She is also a certified Virtual Facilitation Master through Insync Training.

Jane's clients credit her ability to connect quickly and create a safe environment with their success. By asking thought provoking questions and allowing time for reflection, Jane supports them in identifying both their strengths and their blind spots. As they gain awareness and a willingness to shift perspective, they have the clarity and confidence to take action to achieve their goals and grow into more effective leaders.

When I started my coaching practice in 2013 I knew I wanted to make an impact. My corporate background and coaching credentials led me to basing my practice on Authentic Leadership.

The premise of Authentic Leadership is that everyone has their own unique leadership style. I want to support you in becoming who you are and enable you to show up as your authentic self everyday, everywhere. This power allows you to be more successful because you will get the best results from yourself and from others around you. In simple terms, my purpose is to help you create the life that you really want.

Over the past several years I’ve had the opportunity to work with top level executives in multinational corporations to small business owners and departmental teams. I have empowered individuals, teams and attendees to gain awareness, get clarity, gain confidence, make choices and take actions to achieve the life that they actually want (and deserve!)

I’ve helped them identify their strengths, capitalize on them and achieve their goals faster and with more success. I’ve played witness to dramatic shifts that alter perspectives. After all these years, it is still humbling and a truly inspiring experience, to witness someone achieve their goals."
