The Edge Newsletter - Fall 2026

Fall is in full swing, and I’m finding my days becoming more “full and fun”, as I like to call it! This season has brought many new opportunities, along with the pleasure of reconnecting with previous clients, which always makes me smile. I love hearing how their lives have evolved and supporting them as they take their next steps forward!
With my fiscal year beginning on October 1, fall is also when I start looking ahead and planning for the coming year. I begin mapping out opportunities for work, travel, family, friends, and learning. It may seem a little early, but I love how this time of year gives me that extra push to plan with intention. It feels like I’m getting a head start on creating the year I want to have.
What are YOU looking forward to? Is there something on the horizon that you’re excited about, or a big dream that you’re working towards? Whatever it may be, I’d love to hear about it!

In Case You Missed It: Values-Based Coaching
If you read my newsletters or follow me online, you’ve likely seen me mention Values-Based Coaching… and if you’re wondering what it’s all about, you’re not alone! It’s a question that often comes up during my introductory Meet & Greet conversations.
The simple answer is that Values-Based Coaching helps you better understand what matters most to you, so you can make more intentional choices about how you lead, work and live.

Give This a Try!

People who know me know I LOVE to celebrate! So this 'Quick Tip' is a no brainer for me: Celebrate the small wins!
Not every celebration needs to be complicated or expensive.
Celebrating can be as simple as pausing to acknowledge something you accomplished, physically checking an item off your to-do list, or throwing your hands in the air in victory. (Seriously, try it! You might be surprised by how good it feels!)
Maybe you could text a friend about your win, or keep a running list of the things you're proud of.
Because when we make space to notice, acknowledge and celebrate, even the small stuff feels meaningful. And those small wins add up.
So, what can YOU celebrate today?
