Scala Connects - The Power of Perspective

Perspective is defined as having a particular attitude or view of something. We each have our own perspective which shapes our thoughts, values and beliefs.

Mutual respect is possible when you are willing to experience something from another’s perspective. This insight increases your ability to understand and gain clarity on the situation which, in turn supports you in communicating your unique vision to others more effectively.
